At Elite Construction, giving back isn’t something we do because it’s a marketing idea—we do it because it’s part of who we are.
Santa Cruz is a uniquely beautiful and diverse community—rich in landscape, culture, creativity, and people. And while we’d love to support every incredible organization doing meaningful work here, each year we intentionally narrow our focus so our donation can make the greatest possible impact.
This year, we chose to focus our annual holiday giving on two groups that are especially close to our hearts:

These two populations represent joy, vulnerability, creativity, and future potential. They also rely deeply on community support.

Animals bring comfort and companionship to so many people in Santa Cruz County. Over the years, our family has fostered dozens of animals through various programs, and we’ve seen firsthand how spay/neuter services, medical care, and rescue support can change the trajectory of an animal’s life—and the lives of the families who adopt them.
Why Youth & Young Adults 🌟
Growing up is hard—maybe now more than ever. Programs that offer teens and young adults mentorship, creativity, stability, and a safe place to be seen play a powerful role in shaping confidence and long-term success. When young people are supported, they don’t just survive—they become strong contributors to the future of our entire community.

Voting closes on December 24th. The organization with the most votes will be announced on December 30th.
