Step 1-
Appraise your finances. What can you afford to spend on your project? You need a lender that understands construction lending. We can recommend several different vendors based on your circumstances.

Step 2 – Find the right property. You need a Real Estate agent that is familiar with the area and the local regulations. Click on the Land and Property link to be connected to a local realtor. |
 |
Step 3 – Pick the right home design for your site. You need a designer that understands and respects your wishes while creating a home that will give you years of great service. We have several designers that we can recommend based on your personal preferences.

Step 4 – Pick the right contractor.
As you may
know, the lowest bid price does necessarily produce the lowest overall
project cost.
Some Contractors will only put the main
components on their bid, leaving off a lot of the detail items. After
the contract is awarded and the project is underway those detail items are
added to the contract via a change order.
When you check our
references, feel free to ask if our clients if they felt that any Change
Orders that may have occurred were handled fairly.
We believe it is
our job to provide our clients with the most complete picture of what the
total project is going to cost before the project starts, that way you can
decide before the project starts how to best budget your finances.
