Graham Hill - Exterior - Remodel
This House had been abandoned for 3 years. It was tied up in court for that long, and the true owner was not able to get in and do any maintenance. We bought it as an investment property. For a project like this there is only one good approach, Gut it! We stripped the inside down to the studs and the roof completely. We had to secure permits to make the previously 500SF of illegal addition legal. When we were done it was 3,000 Square foot of livable space with a 2 car attached garage and 250SF workshop. 1200SF of the newly livable space was the great room and Kitchen areas.
Exterior Scope of work
Step 1 - Strip roof bare, Haul refuse to dump, general cleanup, Haul away sidewalks, Repair siding, get ready for stucco.
Step 2 - Build new stair landing in back yard, replace Septic leach field, Build new privacy fence in the backyard, Build Stucco / Masonry wall along entire length of front property.
Step 3 - Install new roof, Stucco Exterior, Landscape, Sidewalk pavers, and Tile front porch.
