Rooftop Deck - This cool 1000SF rooftop deck was part of a larger remodel. The property buyer, Laura was also the designer. She somehow saw the potential in this property. What started as a tar and gravel rooftop with a redwood teardown deck became a contemporary art piece with Frameless Glass and stainless steel handrail systems.
It also includes walk on skylights that are flush with the surface of the deck to allow light into the main floor without impeding traffic on the deck.
Front Patio - The front patio was a concrete bunker eyesore. Again Laura applied her design touch and had us install a custom tile fountain using Artisan Steel Tiles with a simple copper spout. The rest of the patio was finished out with Connecticut Bluestone pavers. The replacement of the broken down concrete planter box with a redwood seating area and privacy fence completed the project.
