Remodel Addition
Remodel / Addition - Constructed a 500 SF single level addition which included a Bedroom, Master Bedroom, and Master bath. We also remodeled the existing 400 SF of space on the other half of the home, this included a Bathroom, Office, and Laundry Room. The master bath shower was finished out with Ann Sacks Hemp colored Glass tile. The floor is heated using a Nu-Heat radiant floor system. Cabinetry is custom Slab Walnut with Grain matched doors. The floors were Golden Oak finished with an environmentally friendly water based clear coat. We replaced the old furnace with a new Hi Efficiency Natural Gas forced air system. Hot water is provided using two Takagi on Demand water heaters, further improving the homes overall efficiency.
